Originally trained in sculpture, Jill has in recent years concentrated on fine art with the intensive practice of drawing the human form providing the springboard for her current work. Her understanding of structure and ability to render form underpins her spontaneous and expressive work in colour using pastel as a natural extension of the drawing process.
